Chaps leather purse 3" three ring binderGolden brown chaps leather purse with dark brown fringe and welt. The flap features 2 tone floral carved shield with California style carving with Diaz roses. Also featured on the flap is a laser burned patch with Will James artwork. The adjustable shoulder strap matches the carving and color of the shield, and has a 3 4" stainless steel Horseshoe Brand buckle. Under the flap is a cell phone sized pocket. The purse body measures approximately 11 1 4"
